 1. Shipping fee

 3. Order Processing

• It normally takes 1-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
• Due to some products out of stock or other reasons, orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
• For out-of-stock products, we will send out as soon as possible after replenishment. It usually take 3-15 days to replenish the stock.
• We will send email to you once the item is out of stock, You can choose to wait for a second package, exchange it, or partially refund for out-of-stock items.

 4. Delivery

• Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check order status.
• Please note that you must register an account before you place an order, so that you can view your order information in your account. If you only subscribe but do not register an account, You will not be able to view the status of your historical orders in your new account.
• Shipment takes approximately 7 to 25 business days to reach destination countries.Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
• Also note that sometimes it takes the shipping company some time to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, you will also be notified by e-mail.

 5. Shipping Delaysor Loss

• Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures ,Covid-19 or other causes.
• Usually it takes about 30-60 days to some remote countries, We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy.
• Due to the possibility of package loss in international logistics, if you do not receive the package within a predetermined time, we will resend or refund you.
• Please submit a ticket within2 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 48.Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.

 6. Custom Tax or Duty

Normally, customers are not assessed any additional duties or taxes via Standard Shipping. However, sometimes customers may be required to pay tariffs on their purchases. 2. If you want to cancel or modify your order after placing an order, please confirm your order status first:

• When the order status is "In transit", We will NOT accept an order cancellation request or modify.

Return&Exchange

1. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received,please Contact Us within 14 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.
2. If there is a product quality problem, the product is missing or send the wrong product, we will Refund or Reissue.
3. If for other reasons you want to return the product, please tell us the reason, we will still try our best to meet your needs.

Return Conditions

1. If you would like to return or exchange the item please contact Contact Us within 30 days of delivery. Overdue requests may not be accepted. At the same time, We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Appreciate your kind understanding.
2. If the return or exchange is not caused by Profadking, you need to send the goods back and pay the freight yourself. We will arrange an exchange or refund after we have checked your return products.
3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been damaged or altered in any way.

Return Process

1. If there is a product quality problem, Please attach your order number, SKU of product with quality problems, pictures to prove the product quality problem, and how you want to deal with it, we will refund or reissue after verify.
2. If the product is missing, Please provide your missing product sku, your order number, and how you want to deal with it, we will refund or reissue after verify.
3. If the product is sent in error, Please provide your missing product sku, your order number, product image sent by mistake. If you like this wrong product, We will give it to you for free and give you No Threshold Coupon based on the missing product value, you can re-purchase the product you missed for free. If you do not like this wrongly sent product, we will also provide you with a return and exchange service.
4. If the return or exchange is not caused by our mistake, you need to send the goods back and pay the freight yourself, Contact us and let us know the product SKU you need to return and the reason ,we will give you the return address, After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
5. After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange.
6. After receiving your shipment and inspecting the product for no damage, We will refund or exchange according to your wishes, Once your refund has been issued or new package sent, you will receive a confirmation email.
